Please ensure you read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing from Little Room of Occasions. 

By purchasing you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. These terms & conditions apply to the use of this site, Little Room of Occasions & its linked Facebook & Instagram pages. By accessing Little Room of Occasions website & social media pages and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.  If you do not agree to be bound by the these terms & conditions you may not use or access this website or any other linked accounts, These terms and conditions abide by the consumer contract regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for you own records,

Little Room of Occasions own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights on all the material and content on this website

Working Hours - Working days and hours are not specified, due to the case of these being inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience.

Invoicing - When a custom order is placed with Little Room of Occasions you will be sent an invoice detailing your order. This will give you ample opportunity to ensure that the invoice is correct. Including any misspellings, colour, font etc. Please ensure you contact me before payment if for any reason your invoice has an error. Little Room of Occasions does not accept returns for items that have been personalised incorrectly unless this has been done so on our behalf.

Prices - Prices are subject to change at any time but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with the regards to the goods you have ordered we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you option to amend your order to the correct price or to cancel your order all together,  Any special offers will have a clearly displayed end date and all prices are shown in pounds (£). Please note prices do not include postage. Postage and packaging cost is calculated by the weight and size of your parcel for the method in which it is being sent. 

Payment - We accept payment via Paypal, which includes all major debit/credit cards. We use this method of payment as it offers protection for your purchase. We do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders however Little Room of Occasions can accept bank transfer payments if required. Please contact Little Room of Occasions for more information. Payment must be paid prior to your goods being made. Any contract for purchases made through the website or social media pages will be with Little Room of Occasions. The full total of your goods must be received by Little Room of Occasions before you order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Order Turn-around - Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the products sold at Little Room of Occasions all  products are made to order. Turn around therefore can vary depending on current work load and the time of year. For example Wedding season & Christmas, Turn around time will be clearly stated on the home page of the Little Room of Occasions website & social media accounts. It will also be stated in the notes section if you have placed a custom order and have received an invoice. Therefore please ensure you place your order with the current turn around time stated in mind if you require your order for a specific date or occasion, 

Delivery - Delivery time can vary depending on the method in which your parcel is being delivered. Royal Mail first class signed for parcels aim to be delivered between 1-3 working days. Hermes tracked & signed for parcels aim to be delivered between 3-5 working days. Should your order not arrive please contact Little Room of Occasions via email or Facebook. A full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail or Hermes.

Refunds - Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to any products that have been personalised as this can not be sold on. Custom made products are exempt from the consumer contract regulations. The only exempt is if they are faulty. If you wish to return an item please notify Little Room of Occasions in writing via e-mail or Facebook. A refund or a replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by Little Room of Occasion in the condition the sender received it. All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address and must be sent via Royal Mail signed for and proof of postage must be obtained. Returns must reach us within 14 days of Little Room of Occasions being notified of the return.  On the return of your item it will be checked over before a refund will be processed. Please note there will be no returns on sale items. Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

Photographs - All photographs on the Little Room of Occasion's website and social media pages are my own unless stated otherwise and may not be commercially used for any other reason without prior permission in writitng.
